WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
At West Branch Elderberries, we are dedicated to providing high quality elderberry products, along with exceptional customer service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they receive. So, we will happily refund and/or replace any product you order directly from our website that you’re unsatisfied with within 30 days of purchase. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PRODUCT(S)?
Once you checkout and purchase through our online store, we will wait for your payment to be approved. This process can take up to 7 business days. We process your order from there to package and ship which can take up to 5-7 days. Then shipping will be determined based off your location. During check-out and through emails you will be updated on the process of your order and when it is shipped and approximately when it should arrive to the shipping address.
HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO WEST BRANCH EDLERBERRIES?
Currently, West Branch Elderberries does not have a subscription based purchase for our products.
WHERE ARE MY PURCHASING RECORDS?
To look back on what you purchased, there will be automated emails sent to the email address tied to your order.
